This
application could contain a lot of types of surveys and this allow to
manage a lot of different questionnaires. <br><br>In this
project we are going to work with the type of survey called <span style="font-weight: bold;">"EHLE".</span> <span style="font-weight: bold;"><br><br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Survey Execution</span></span><br style="text-decoration: underline;"><br>A Survey Execution is the main entity
in this web application and all the surveys are related to it.<br><br>One
Survey Execution has these characteristics:<br><ul><li>Type
of survey: it contains the questionnaire. We use the type <span style="font-weight: bold;">"EHLE".</span></li><li>Data
of execution is the data when the questionnaires contained in the
survey execution is filled.</li><li>Sample is the
expected number of surveys that we will introduce in one survey
execution or, in other words, the expected number of people that we
want to address the survey in one survey execution. <span style="font-weight: bold;">In EHLE project this value is set
to 300 by default.</span></li><li>Observations: it is
a field provided to introduce by typing some interesting information about the survey execution.</li><li>Group:
Group survey executions could be made <span style="font-weight: bold;">(We don't use it in EHLE project)</span>.</li><li>Place: Group survey executions by place could be made <span style="font-weight: bold;">(We don't use it in EHLE project)</span>.</li><li>Name
of the Survey Execution.</li></ul>In EHLE project each
partner has only one survey execution and this is created by default. <span style="font-weight: bold;">The partners are not allowed to create new Survey Executions in this project.</span>
<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Open Survey Execution</span></span><br><br>When a survey execution is open, it is enabled to insert new surveys in it and to edit the properties of the survey execution. <br><span style="font-weight: bold;">When a survey execution is open, only the own user can see it and manage it. <br><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span></span></span>We maintain the survey execution open until the insertion of all the surveys will be finished.<br><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span></span><br></span><br><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;">Closed Survey Execution</span><br><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br></span>When all surveys are inserted in the survey execution, it will be closed.<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">In
the closed state, the survey execution can be seen by all the partners
of the project and the option of inserting new surveys is unable.</span><br>Then different kinds of reports to view the results of the surveys can be generated: PDF, pie charts and CSV.<br><div style="text-align: center;"> <script>pie();</script></div></td>
